What is MedNotes
MedNotes is a note-taking web application for doctors and medical professionals. It lets you create and manage private clinical notes, files, and photos for each of your patients, and schedule visit reminders. MedNotes signs you in with your Google account and stores all of your notes and files in your own Google Drive, while visit reminders are added to your own Google Calendar. The app runs entirely in your browser — your data is never stored on our servers.

What Google data is used
- Google Drive (drive.file) — only the files the app creates, to store your notes and images.
- Google Calendar (calendar.events) — to add reminders for your visits.
- Profile (openid, email, profile) — to sign you in and show your name.
Access tokens stay in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
